Packaging
Each order is wrapped in paper and tied with ribbon, so it feels like a special gift from the moment it leaves our store. Fragile items are carefully cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping times vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships by the USPS.
• We ship domestically and internationally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays beyond our control. 

Handling & Care

• We take extra care with each package, but Vintage Modern is not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or return for a full refund.
