• Custom orders, altered pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will arrange a return for a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
