At Vintage Modern, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:
Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Custom orders, altered pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return or Exchange

- We will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a return for a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
